We are seeking a Behavioral Health Community Integration Coordinator/CTRS to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. Additionally, you will implement, supervise and coordinate Turning Leaf’s CARF Accredited Day Treatment and Community Integration Programs including functions that provide services to residents of Turning Leaf’s residential programs. You will provide communication across, within and between the Turning Leaf team including front line and program management staff and maintain a professional relationship with residents of Turning Leaf while modeling and guiding appropriate social interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Creates, coordinates and implements weekly Day Treatment and Community Integration schedules.
• Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities

Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) is preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, or related field, (i.e. psychology, social work, etc.). is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
