Turning Wheels Pediatric Therapy is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Near Charles, IL

Company Description

Turning Wheels Pediatric Therapy is a child and family-focused therapy center located in St Charles, IL. We provide a range of therapies including Pediatric Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Myofunctional Therapy. Our goal is to create a fun and engaging environment that allows children to feel comfortable while achieving success. We believe in every child's potential to grow and develop skills that will enhance their future.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations, creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, providing therapy sessions to children with communication disorders, speech disorders, and language disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will also collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each child.

Qualifications

  • Speech Therapy, Dysphagia, and Communication Disorders skills
  • Experience in working with children with speech disorders and language disorders
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience in pediatric therapy is a plus
