Turnkey Industries, LLC is a leading power generation company that purchases and sells pre-owned diesel and natural gas industrial generators ranging from 35kW to 3000kW. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Generator Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generator systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities will include routine maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of industrial generator systems. Replacing or repairing parts, including engines, alternators, controllers and wiring. Possesses the ability to utilize information from manuals, schematics, and diagrams to assist in repair or maintenance tasks. Maintaining accurate records of service and repair work in our tracking systems. Provide technical support to customers and team members.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of generator systems, including diesel and natural gas generators.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on generators and related equipment.
• Conduct load bank testing and performance assessments to ensure optimal operation.
• Replace and repair parts as needed, including engines, alternators, controllers, and wiring.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to assist in repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of generator experience.
• Must have experience working with engines and generators.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
