- Implement and maintain Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configurations across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking and data collection for various marketing initiatives
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of tracking pixels, tags, and other tracking mechanisms
- Generate routine reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders
- Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualization tools to streamline reporting processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices related to digital marketing data analytics
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in digital marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred, Associate’s degree required
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and database structures
- Relentless attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented and able to work in an ambiguous and/or changing environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment
- Love of data normalization
- Google Analytics Certification
- Basic/Intermediate VBA, SQL, HTML, JavaScript skills
