In this exciting and unique position, you'll work alongside a real estate investment firm to help manage a long-held book of business, while also playing a vital role in the expansion of the company into new markets/products. You’ll develop and maintain important relationships with investors and property managers who rely on your expertise to reduce exposure and improve their protection, by assessing their needs and the facts of each asset and recommending the best insurance solutions at the onset of a policy being written, and as conditions change throughout the life of the policy.

$16 - $20 hourly

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns of potential and existing clients promptly and professionally
• Claims Facilitation
• Account Management
• Risk Analysis
• Entry Level Bookkeeping/Collections
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Recommend and explain various property & casualty insurance products
• Prepare accurate and competitive insurance proposals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products
• Actively prospect for new clients and identify opportunities to expand our customer base
• Meet established sales goals

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license
• 1 Years experience working as a Licensed Agent
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Prior experience in the property management industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn new software, including ReInsure Pro & AppFolio
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Part-time schedule (must be available at least 15-20 hours per week)
