Turnkey is Hiring an Account Executive Near New York, NY

Your role

As Turnkey's first Sales hire, you will have a wide-ranging role that offers broad exposure to our product, customers, and operations. With founder support, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing new business opportunities. Your primary objective is to build strong relationships with crypto teams across the ecosystem, understanding how our product can solve their challenges. This role involves driving sales and growth and requires a deep commitment to truly understanding and serving the needs of our diverse customers in the crypto space.

You will also play a crucial role in shaping our product and GTM strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, ensuring we continue to evolve to meet the needs of crypto builders. This requires a deep understanding of our product, a creative mindset, and effective communication with our product and engineering teams.

An example of some of the things you might work on:

  • Proactively research and target potential crypto teams and emerging business models, building a steady pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Drive the negotiation and closing of new deals
  • Work closely and creatively with prospects to help them understand Turnkey’s capabilities and design their unique implementations
  • Create impactful sales materials and refine our product messaging
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from customers to inform product development
  • Represent Turnkey at conferences, private events, and online

What we’re looking for

  • Ambitious sales generalist excited to contribute across multiple functions
  • 2 years experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for crypto; demonstrated interest in following the latest developments and effectively engaging with influential crypto communities
  • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a constantly evolving environment
