Title: Convenience Store Manager
Location: Variable locations in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas
The Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma is expanding its successful “Turtle Stop” Convenience Stores within the region. We are seeking experienced convenience store managers who are looking for opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day store operations.
· Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
· Ensure product mix and inventory levels are appropriate and accurate.
· Ensure store is kept clean, attractively displayed, and safe.
· Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
· Demonstrate leadership by modeling appropriate customer-oriented behavior.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required. College degree a plus.
· Prior successful food service, retail, and grocery management experience.
· Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
