The terms of employment shall be in accordance with provisions of the Board's Policy Manual, Students First Act and the Board's Salary Schedule – Instructional Aide.
EVALUATION
Performance evaluation shall be in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Personnel - GCRK and GCRK-R.

The Tuscaloosa City Schools requires the following to be attached to your online application in the Attachment (optional) section:

4.Minimum of 48 hours of successfully completed college coursework OR passing score on the ACT WorkKeys Assessment. Several years of experience preferred.

48 Semester Hours/Passing Score on WorkKeys - $750
Bachelor's Degree - $1000
Master's Degree - $1500
Must be from an accredited college or university.
