Foundations Health Solutions, Ohio's leading nursing home provider, is looking for a Full-time Resident Transport Driver to help with our resident's needs! This position will transport residents for two of our buildings:

Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala, OH
Arlington Care Center in Newark, OH

Position is Monday through Friday, weekends as needed.

STNA license preferred!

Wanting prior experience but willing to train the right candidate

Must be able to pass background Check & be a team player.

The primary purpose of your job position is to transport residents as needed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor. Ensure that residents scheduled appointments are followed as well as being able to communicate between the facility and the destination where the residents are going.
