Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Assistant located in Luzerne County. The right candidate will be responsible for customer service, assisting with sales activities, follow-up, reporting, and data management to ensure a positive experience for current and potential homebuyers.
Overview:
The primary responsibilities are:
· Provide customers with an exceptional experience in our communities.
· Consistently assist the teams in achieving their sales goals.
· Develop an understanding of our homes and communities.
· Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day activities such as managing the sales office, touring customers through the homes and community, and sales paperwork.
· Willingness to learn the expected sales process and participate in training.
· Attend Sales Meetings.
· Assist in communication with prospects and buyers.
· Assist in completing competitive analysis reports.
· Utilize a CRM system to assist with follow-up.
· Ability to work and learn with other departments.
· Consistently review website, MLS, and all other marketing.
· Build and maintain relationships with the local Realtor community.
· Gain an understanding of mortgages.
· Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
· Attend and assist at Community Events.
· Assist with Closings.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
· EVERY Saturday and Sunday is required.
· A Real Estate license is required for this position but will send the right person through licensing classes, if needed.
