As a Senior Manager of Business Office Operations, you are responsible for overseeing the Revenue Cycle operations within our skilled nursing facilities. This position will manage a team of revenue cycle managers and collaborate closely with facility-level administrators to develop, implement, and maintain effective policies, procedures, and best practices that streamline our revenue processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles, and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required
  • Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes in LTC/SNF settings
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and systems required
  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
