TUV SUD Global Risk Consultants (GRC) is the leading unbundled property loss control provider worldwide. We can respond to your loss control needs effectively with our extensive expertise in property risk engineering and property risk consulting.
The position will provide support to Internal Staff (Account Servicing Teams, Field Staff, etc.) as well as Clients. This is a critical role within the Organization requiring excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be an energetic, self-starter with strong communication skills with the ability to manage several detailed processes concurrently.
RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
Support to Engineers and Account Servicing Teams
Pre-populating report packages for upcoming inspections
Report and Project review/quality control prior to Client distribution
Internal follow-up on outstanding reports (Field Staff, Reviewers and Servicing Team)
Update Account Service Instructions as needed regarding distribution, client requirements,engineer requirements
External support for Client's as needed and requested (projects, report updates, inquiries)
Data entry to close out inspections (dates, contacts, etc.)
Specialized projects/tasks (these vary amongst administrative staff)
Liaise between internal and external entities
Possible expansion of role to include Account Coordinating Administrator tasks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
College Degree preferred but not required
SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrate initiative in performing responsibilities
Team player, willing to take direction and work cooperatively with others
Ability to work independently and confidently
Willingness to learn and expand role
