Sales Operations Intern

Full-time | Internship | Location – Greer, SC, 66022

As Sales Operations Intern you will Support Sales managers with collection, analysis, and presentation of data and processes and creation of tools to ensure the teams are performing in the most efficient and effective way possible.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Collect, analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report sales data via Tableau dashboards and spreadsheets to management and sales representatives.
• Utilize Tableau, CRM, ERP system, phone applications, and other data to provide ongoing balanced scorecards and analytics in support of the business.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for use by management to improve team productivity for all areas of the business.
• Provide month-end reports and dashboards in a timely manner to management for team efficiency measurements.
• Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
• The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• Demonstrates organizational, time management and follow up skills

• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Google Mail and Calendar
• Ability to learn, understand and apply proficiency with web based software navigation
