Inbound Scheduler

Full-time Logistics Location Olathe, KS

Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data

into company systems. Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing

correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have excellent social skills and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Should possess advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and have strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational

skills.

• Ability to work within a scheduling database
• Organization and logistics
• Attention to detail
• Data entry / typing skills / Excel Test
• At least one year of prior scheduling experience. Receptionists, Executive Assistants, and Office Administrators

• Manages the Goods-In workflow and other warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.
• Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
• Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.
• Review open and closed Receipts orders and invoices.
• Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
• Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
• Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and associates.
• Assists the operations department drivers at the door.
• Escalates issues to managers when necessary.
• Uses warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing

software.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Communicate the work plan to the IB Goods-in team for daily and weekly work.

Education and Experience Requirements :

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of warehouse receiving and shipping experience is required.
• Must be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
