Assists Maintenance Director with ensuring maintenance/repair service level is maintained.
Assists Maintenance Director with timely response to requests for services by residents, associates, and management.
Assists Maintenance Director with preventive maintenance measures.
Maintains a clean and orderly work are free of hazards.
Cleans light fixtures and replaces designated light bulbs.
Cleans vents and replaces air filters.
Performs heavy cleaning, moving and apartment turn around duties in assigned resident apartments.
