Overview
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing insurance needs to ensure clients are adequately covered.
Duties
- Negotiate and sell various insurance products to meet clients' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries and claims
- Analyze clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features, benefits, and premiums
- Handle sales administration tasks such as processing applications and maintaining accurate records
Skills
- Experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Effective communication skills to convey complex insurance information
