Business Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time & Hybrid
Typical Hours: M-Th 8 am – 5 pm ET; WFH on Fridays
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: Local retail visits may be required occasionally

Business Analyst Description
Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Busniess Analyst to add to their team in Harrisburg, PA. Working with a team of Business Analysts, you will be responsible for working on system deficiencies and working with IT management to identify and maintain sustainable solutions. Our client is looking for someone to take their skills as a business analyst and apply them to the retail sector. To be successful in the role, you must have a strong background in business analytics, be comfortable presenting to and advising leadership on data finds, and enjoy working cross-functionally. Business Analyst Responsibilities
• Work with business partners to implement and expand solutions
• Perform quality assurance and testing to identify and report system deficiencies
• Track work in the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Perform Gap analysis to provide solutions to issues
• Document all paperwork needed to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Report inconsistencies and recommend solutions to leadership
• Follow up on support tickets
• Partner with team members to provide end users with training on system implementations
Business Analyst Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Retail industry experience required
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst required
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience required
• Outstanding written and communication skills required
