Location: Near Hartford, CT

Salary: $19.50 - $21.50/ hr Benefits

Customer Service Rep Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep to add to their team near Hartford, CT. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails. In this role, you will also assist the team with data entry activities including preparation, review, and maintenance of data and invoices. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office experience, is comfortable being flexible and helping the team as needed, but most importantly, is very comfortable following up with customers. Customer Service Rep Responsibilities

• Maintain shared files and folders

• Track every customer interaction

• Follow up with customers as needed

• Ensure all calls and emails are returned in a timely manner

• Update marketing materials with customer information

• Review all reports and follow up with service providers

• Research issues that arise in customer accounts

Customer Service Rep Qualifications

• 1 years of call center experience required

• Data Entry experience required

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word experience required
