Our client in the marine industry is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their expanding team. Sales Support Specialist (Marine Industry) Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact for distributors, reps, and end users
• Manage inbound inquiries and process orders
• Attend industry tradeshows (Miami, Tampa, and Amsterdam)
• Prepare quotes
• Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
• Represent the company at conferences and networking events
• Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop strategies
• Ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain and update marketing materials
• Generate sales reports to track performance and provide insights
Sales Support Specialist (Marine Industry) Qualifications
• 2 years of B2B customer or sales support experience required
• Experience managing distributors or channel partners required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Must be able to work onsite
