Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30/7:00 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM
Travel: 75% onsite, 25% WFH (Sites within the Bay Area, and between Santa Rosa and Fresno; rental cars allowed for longer drives if preferred)Sponsorship not availableProject Manager (ERRC/DAS - Distributed Antenna Systems exp. req.) DescriptionOur client is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to add to their team in the San Francisco Peninsula area. As a Project Manager, you will lead active projects and maintain relationships with customers. Projects will be focused on installing and maintaining Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or Cellular and Emergency Responder Radio Coverage (ERRC). Working closely with an Account Manager and RF Engineer and using your strong organizational skills, you will handle project-specific budgets, timelines, scheduling, goals, and resource requirements. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, team-oriented, positive, honest, and extremely detail-oriented. Our client finds pride in their supportive environment and ethical work practices. Project Manager (ERRC/DAS - Distributed Antenna Systems exp. req.) ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customers to understand their project schedules
Help schedule internal resources
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and team
Ensure regular, timely communication with customers
Represent interests of customers to Wireless Carriers
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure engineering projects are completed on time, and accurately
Review Daily Reports from field team for accuracy and conflicts
Maintain accurate documentation and workflow processes
Project Manager (ERRC/DAS - Distributed Antenna Systems exp. req.) Qualifications2 years DAS or ERRC experience required
3 years Project Management experience required
Ability to be onsite (locally and up to ~200 miles away) 75% of the time required
