Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 (negotiable) Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses OTE=$245k-$300k
Bonuses: Billable hours (target= 1900hrs/yr); monthly bonus for exceeding targets

Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney QualificationsJD and licensed to practice law in Florida required (GA also considered)
8 years of commercial litigation experience required
3 years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required
Command of statutes and strategies required
Significant Motion Practice Experience RequiredExperience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
