**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic, customer service and team oriented leader that will oversee our operations in the Hospitality Industry at the Fairfield Inn Martinsburg. The ideal General Manager candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, profitable operations of the hotel, and provide a safe, clean environment for guests and employees.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment

- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed

- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Plays an active roll in local organizations to promote and maintain a positive image for hotel

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in hospitality and customer service

- Monitors compliance with state and federal labor standards and staffing guidlelines by all departmens

- Monitors operating expense tracking systems for all departments

- Conducts required meetings by brand and company to ensure proper communication

- Audits procedures and performance across all departments

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in interviewing and hiring processes
