• 245D compliance and paperwork
• Train, scheduling, and provide ongoing support and evaluation of direct care staff.
• Consistent and quick response to staff and management
• Manage a caseload of 20-30 individuals receiving supports
• Evaluate of the effectiveness of service delivery, methodologies, and progress on the person's outcomes
• Communicate with individuals, guardians, case managers, behavior analysts, and other team members to decide on services needed to support each individual most effectively
• Maintain and summarize data for reports
• Coordinate appointments for individuals as requested
• Problem solves when emergencies arise
• Work direct care as needed
• Required to work every other weekend.
• Will be required to be in an on-call rotation
• Maximize authorized units while listening to individuals needs and wishes in order to provide the right service as the right time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
