Requirements:
Previous experience working with ASD-diagnosed children.
A bachelor's or master's degree is required for this position.
Experience with ABA in the early stages of intervention.
BCBA Certification (or near-certification).
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to pass a DHS background check as well as a motor vehicle history check
Students should receive continuing assistance.

Responsibilities:

The primary function of the BCBA on the team is to plan, develop and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual patients.
Perform functional behavior evaluations.
Engage in individual treatment with patients on an as-needed basis, per recommendations by the treatment team.
Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
Make positive behavior support plans and stick to them.
To ensure optimal student growth, supervise evaluations, plan development, and continuing program data analysis.
Attend staff meetings every month.
Behavior Technicians are trained and supervised in this position.
Plans, manages, coordinates, and analyzes the actions of assigned staff to achieve the client's IEP/IFSP goals.
When necessary, provides direct services to clients and their parents.
Executes the program's curriculum.
Keeping track of the client's progress.
