Job Title: Counter Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our auto parts store counter. The Counter Clerk will handle various tasks including stock management, answering phone, cash handling, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and maintain stock levels in the store
- Process transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper accounting of funds
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
