Automotive Service Manager
Chariot Automotive Group, one of North Central Indiana's fasting growing Automotive Groups, is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Team at our Twin City Dodge dealership, in Lafayette, Indiana area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, manage and retain service team not limited to advisors and technicians
• Ability to listen, communicate effectively and resolve conflict with customers, employee and co-workers
• Meets department financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing annual sales and service budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Manage and maintain factory standards for warranty claims
• Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
• Maintain customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business
• Establishes department goals and objectives, measures progress, analyzes results and makes improvements as needed
• Manages required training to comply with manufacturers
• Manage shop productivity, labor hours, cost of sale and operating expenses to provide for a profitable department

Qualifications:

• 5 (five) years of management experience in an automotive dealership required
• Previous experience with Chrysler/Mopar is preferred
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proven management leadership, with successful experience in automotive retail management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid and clean Indiana driver's license
• Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
