Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in South Windsor, CT. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will also collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency, maintain high-quality repair services, and uphold our reputation as a leading turbine component repair source.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills exemplified through proven success in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in operations management, preferably within an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of turbine component repair processes, preferably supporting both military & commercial sectors
• Previous exposure or participation in a machine shop
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
