Job Overview: Bartolino's is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team here at our new restaurant location opening very soon in Ballwin MO! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders
• Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Manage the bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
• Keep the bar area clean and organized
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Engage with customers and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
• Must be of legal drinking age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs and cases of liquor
• Manual dexterity to handle bar equipment and glassware
