TWIN OAKS COUNTRY CLUB is Hiring a Dining Room Manager Near Springfield, MO
The Dining Room Supervisor will be solely responsible for supervision of all Dining Room staff which includes servers, bartenders, host/hostesses, and bussers. The Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of the Service Director to assure proper procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Assist Dining Room staff in all operations of dinner service including: delivering food, expediting, preparing drinks, and bussing tables.
· Be present on the floor during service times
· Checking out servers
· Ensuring all resets are done for the next shift/day
· Checking to make sure all tickets and BEO’s are closed and turned in at end of each shift
· Assisting with EOD reports
· Attend all front of house staff training sessions and meetings
· Tables touches to ensure member satisfaction
· Supervising any side room parties
· Resolving member complaints in a professional and efficient manner
· Effectively communicating any issues/complaints with management team regarding service, staff, or members
· Work in a safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures
· Will work events and ensure smooth operation of all events
Requirements:
· Ability to work varying hours each week, weekend, and holidays in which the Club is open
· Strong team player, positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/under pressure
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work in a professional manner in all situations
· Organization and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
