The Role: Welcome Coach

In this role you will be the first touch point a prospective client will have with our team, so strong communication & connection skills are a must. Twin Oaks Health is a very mission-driven company, so please do not apply if you do not have a passion for making real changes in someone's health.

Role Outcome:

Generate 240 new clients annually

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
  • Qualifying prospects and delivering high-value conversations based upon health assessments and common health challenges.
  • Morning sales huddles & end of day reports.
  • Daily updates in our CRM and tracking sheets.
  • Calling, texting, DM’ing & emailing leads.
  • Managing comments on Social Media Platforms.
  • Confirming appointments.
  • Sending additional pre-educational materials.
  • Tracking quality of leads.
  • Daily documentation & metric tracking.

Compensation:

$2000/monthly base $200/ paid program.

Time Availability:

  • This is a full-time, 30-40 hour position
  • You will have the freedom to make your own schedule within reason.
  • Be available to communicate through phone, email & txt Monday - Friday 9a - 5pm CST.
  • This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
