Position: Human Resource Assistant
Job Duties:
• Assistant to the HR Manager
• Bilingual interpreter
• Takes and reviews all application both English and Spanish
• Assist with all the hiring paperwork including getting the applicants information
• Interviews Spanish and English applicants
• Conduct orientation in Spanish and English
• Answers Spanish and English telephone calls
• Enter all personal information into ADP system
• Maintain attendance for plant
• Assist with payroll issues
• Assists plant employees with any employment issues they have, including points, vacations etc.
• Assists plant Managers with employee information
• Fill in for the HR Supervisor when they are out
• All other duties as needed
