Overview:

We are seeking a talented Assistant Project Developer to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a collaborative environment. If you are passionate about technology and project management, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

· Retrieve requested information from various records within specified time frames.

· Examine and adequately understand project specifications and architectural documents.

· Review and evaluate all projects to ensure strict compliance with budgets.

· Work cooperatively with other departments and ensure compliance with all timeframes.

· Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier processes by assembling bid packages, including scope of work, bidding process, and necessary construction documents.

· Schedule design meetings with clients.

· Contact clients prior to meetings to coordinate preferences, including likes and dislikes.

· Work with clients to design and make selections to complete the job.

· Take and confirm notes during the selection process and transfer them into CoConstruct.

· Work with and confirm data for all selections with accurate descriptions and photos for client review.

· Answer any questions during the remodel or home build process regarding project, selections, and/or changes.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of the building industry, basic engineering principles, and technical skills.

· Ability to manage various tasks, understand new software programs quickly and efficiently, and read construction documents accurately.

· Demonstrate accuracy in data entry and maintain data integrity.

· Perform administrative tasks such as managing the recording, ordering, and retrieval of documents, correspondence, and reports.

· Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and operating a computer.
