Job DescriptionTwineChart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, handling a high volume of calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary: $17.50 - $26.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry:
- Accurately record and update customer information in the database.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TwineChart’s products and services.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed call center metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
