Essential FunctionsGreets customers positively and timely, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
Conducts escorts as required.
Demonstrates skill in dealing with customer complaints, using active listening
skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the customer’s good will.
Performs as a team member and assist fellow associates to ensure a smooth
operation.
Observes, handles, and reports procedural violations and illegal activity.
Ability to investigate assigned level of incidents and compose written reports.
Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor.
Maintains crowd control as required.
Defuse customer profanity to ensure a friendly environment.
Role model operational standards, interacting positively through relationships with guest and fellow associates displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people’s needs.
All other duties as assigned.
