We are looking for a Manager to support the team our Two Maids – Bloomfield Hills. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, energetic, and service-oriented individual who enjoys providing top-quality service to our Clients.

Dependability - This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Attendance is a must.

The Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Scheduling Jobs

• Cleaning as needed

Required Skills:

• 1 year of cleaning experience
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment
• Great communication and an uplifting demeanor with clients and staff
• Results driven and a self-starter
• Ability to use basic technology and computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)

All Team Members of our company must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be available Monday-Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• You must provide your own dependable mode of transportation that you can use for work.
• You must successfully undergo a nationwide criminal background check and any drug screenings.

More about the Position:
The position will vary from day to day depending on the needs of the business and may including everything from onboarding new clients to cleaning homes as needed. We are looking for a great team player with a upbeat and positive personality who can really aid and assist both the needs of the front line team and the office. You will find a fast-paced environment and a fun family-oriented workplace!
Previous cleaning experience is mandatory!
Compensation:
$45K - 50K depending upon experience
