Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing social media presence, help coordinate trade shows, grassroots marketing and maintain TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand and website.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Acts as a point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services

* Aid in the creation of marketing campaigns

* Keep the company's online presence current and impactful by sharing updated sales and marketing content on the website and social media platforms

* Supervise and produce social media posts to enhance brand visibility

* Keep current with company reviews, escalating ones that need attention

* Coordinate and attend trade shows, parades and other company events

* Involvement in community through networking events

* Coordinate and monitor grassroots marketing

* Travel between our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations in southern WI

* Calmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

* May prepare various reports for management as well as gather research and statistics

* May prepare proposals, letters, mass mailings, and other miscellaneous correspondence

* Ensures display area is maintained in a clean and professional manner; i.e. brochure stocks and box displays, marketing materials

* All other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; associate's degree in related field preferred

* A minimum of six months to one year of marketing experience is required

* Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

* Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice and diction

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively

* Accurate; consistent attention to detail

* Confidence to initiate customer contact

* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

* Basic computer and keyboarding skills; able to perform basic business math

* Able to present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors

* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values

* Must be proficient with all Microsoft applications: knowledge of SOCI, Monday.com, and Canva preferred

* Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screening

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Bilingual is a plus
