Independent Sales Representative Job Summary
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated individual to join our organization as an Independent Sales Representative. As one of our sales reps, you take the initiative in finding potential customers, developing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process to find the products and service that can best meet their needs and expectations. You need to have excellent communication skills and must be well-versed in the art of B2B sales and negotiation. This position is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, enjoys managing their own client base, and can meet deadlines.
Independent Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with clients to determine their needs
- Recommend our products and services that meet those needs
- Submit bids for new construction and commercial projects
- Track progress and developments through customer relationship management platforms
- Work with company management to develop custom solutions for clients
- Meet monthly revenue standards and expectations.
Independent Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred
- Self-starting attitude and personal initiative
- Familiarity with windows, doors, and glazing services
- Ability to travel to meet with clients

Salary & Benefits
- Personal earning potentials can exceed $100,000.00 annually. Salary is completely based on the employee’s work ethic and drive.
