JOB
The Coordinator, Continuing Studies is a Part-Time, 12-month position and is responsible to the Senior Director, Development and Operations. The Coordinator, Continuing Studies is responsible for assisting the operational activities for continuing education courses and programs.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Answer and route incoming callsAssist student inquiries by providing departmental course and program information.Assist with student registration in person and via phone.Assist with student data entry for multiple registration systems.Process student enrollment payments.Daily OperationsProcess student enrollment data for course registrations Process course completion documents to include attendance rosters and instructor payments.Assist with student outreach for course communication. Coordinate classroom readiness for Continuing Education classes.Assist with student/customer questions, concerns or complaints.
