Tyndale House Publishers is Hiring a Remote Online Sales Assistant - On-Call
The Online Sales team is seeking a fast-learning and self-directed individual who desires to contribute to the growth of our online marketplace channels, with a heavy emphasis on Amazon.com. This position will have the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks. Your role will be to collaborate with key personnel from across the department and organization and will enjoy having a discernible impact on the reach of Tyndale’s portfolio of products and brands. If you are flexible, adaptable, organized, and love problem solving, this position is for you!
Responsibilities may include:
- Optimize product descriptions and/or create visual assets within given guidelines
- Catalog visual assets from new and previous projects
- Research and identify sales surge opportunities for team members to potentially capitalize on with advertising and optimization

- Respond to basic data report requests in a timely and clear fashion
- Review online marketplace data for stock and demand trends, and alert team manager of any issues to address
- Prior experience or studies in either copywriting or basic design work (Canva, etc.)
- Basic understanding of how to read charts and graphs
- Experience in Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
