Position Title: Payroll Benefits Coordinator

Reporting To: Payroll Benefits Manager

Our experienced Support Center team assists dentists with management of non-clinical staffing and human resources, finance and payroll administration, marketing, payor relations, supplies and capital equipment procurement, as well as information systems. With experience and dedicated support from professional management, dental offices are free to focus their attention on providing patient care.

Premier Dentist Partners offers practice owners an alternative to the traditional practice transition model. Our affiliation program offers practice owners the opportunity to partner with a highly collaborative and experienced DSO Team.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our high-growth and fast-paced DSO. The primary responsibility of this position is to onboard new hires/partnership employees, administer benefit enrollments, as well as assist the Payroll Benefits Manager in all facets of the Payroll and Benefit functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer the full cycle ADP onboarding process to include welcome email, new hire profile in ADP and process I9’s through E-Verify.
  • Ensure employee new hire documents are uploaded and filed in ADP.
  • Assist in maintaining all employee files in ADP.
  • Conduct monthly audits ensuring employee profiles in ADP are accurate.
  • Maintain an understanding of all company benefits offered.
  • Administer new hire benefit enrollment process.
  • Administer COBRA reinstatements.
  • Monitor FMLA/LOA’s through TPA. Tracks leave in ADP.
  • Monitor WEX FSA/COBRA TPA.
  • Administer STD process.
  • Audit monthly benefit invoices.
  • Administer Practice benefit payments/audits.
  • Process Principal gl entry.
  • Payroll processing back-up to include maintaining payroll balance sheet.
  • Approver in ADP for address changes, benefit enrollments etc.
  • Process payroll ACH’s.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Payroll Benefits Manager

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Experienced in ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

Work Conditions

  • Required to commute to the Chicago headquarters.
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
