We are looking for an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Manager with outstanding organizational skills, strong patient care background and a positive attitude to lead our surgical team.

Responsibilities/ Essential Job Functions:

• Leading day to day operations
• Maintaining regulated compliance with State Agencies and Accreditation Standards
• Administrative and Financial Functions of the Surgery Center
• Strategic planning and cost containment
• Staff development, training and scheduling
• Clinical Duties
• Oversight of the overall functions of a highly efficient surgery center.

Education And Job Experience Preferred

• Registered Nurse with current license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Florida, BLS/ACLS preferred but not required
• Three years of ACS management experience
• Demonstrated clinical and management ability
• BS/BSN preferred; MS in Nursing or Health Administration preferred. Related job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
