Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Support the 18-month rolling forecast and risk & opportunities process.
- Support monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and COGS bridges.
- Support annual operating plan and strategic plan and reporting.
- Analyze costs of manufactured products for lean savings support and commodity changes.
- Support and validation of cost improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicates cost changes with procurement and brand/product finance.
- Assist in ad hoc requests and special projects.
- Compliance with SOX and financial internal controls.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Prefere 3 years of Finance and/or Accounting work experience.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office applications. Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP Preferred.
- Position Specific Prefered Skills: Knowledge of cost accounting principles. Knowledge of accounting principles & policies. Financial analysis experience. Understands operations process flow. Ability to support CI/LEAN & other cost savings initiatives.
