Job Details:Pay is $17.45 per hour. Schedule is approximately Monday Through Friday 8 AM til 5 PM, Overtime as needed.I. Essential Function Of The Job

The essential functions of this position includes, but is not limited to:
- From a standing position, pick up and hang birds approx. 3.5-4.5 pounds by both legs in shackles shoulder height, 16 inches from the body, approx. 5 per minute.
- Visually inspect birds for any defects.
- Use of both hands and arms required.
- Must stand on metal platform for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to tolerate cool environments.
- Downgrade birds with defects; place in appropriate containers for further processing.
- Use of both hands and arms to pick up, inspect, and hag birds 3.5-4.5 pounds form conveyor at waist level to shackles 16 inches from the body at shoulder height.
- Use full range of peripheral vision to inspect birds on conveyors and shackles for defects.
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds with repetitive lifting of 5 pounds throughout the work shift.
- Standing 100% of the work shift.
- Minimal bending required to place birds or to clear conveyor.
- Water proof rubber boots.
- Must be able to communicate and get along well with others.
