Tyto Athene is searching for a Business Operations Manager to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Works at the program level to provide oversight of all efforts
• Works directly with personnel to quickly respond to FEDSIM TDLs
• Provides escalation path for problem resolution for the program team
• Manages and reports on the financial and schedule activities and adjustments
• Manages all subcontracts, signs all NDA's and teaming agreements
• Reports risk management at program level
• Manages and reports on Service Level Agreements
• Coordinates with Lead Logistics and Procurement Manager to track procurement and supply chain activities
• Responsible for employing and reporting on EVM for each project being executed in the management of this overall AGUN
• Organizes, directs and coordinates planning and production of all program/effort activities.
• Responsible for overall management of large or extremely complex programs
• This individual represents senior level management whose competency concerning effectiveness and efficiency in managing dedicated overall program activity is paramount to contract success
• Responsible for the performance of all program/effort requirements
• Meets with appropriate client management personnel, other program managers and client agency representatives.
• Formulates and reviews strategic plans, subcontracting, and deliverable items
• Responsible for the coordination of all functions of program/effort staff. Actively applies quality assurance measures to the management and performance of the program/effort

Qualifications:

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree: Master's degree with five (5) year of experience or a Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience or an Associate's degree or High school diploma with fourteen (14) years of experience.

Required:

• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated capability of dealing with all levels of management personnel, task/project managers and client representatives

Desired:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required

Location: This position is remote with travel required
