Job Description Tyto Athene is searching for a Information Architect that will provide technical support to our customer to address the information requirements of the business, and capture data on people, processes, and events.The Information Architecture support function is critical to maintaining the Responsibilities: Create/manage the information architecture that aligns and supports the information management strategy for the organization. Collaborate with business, service, and enterprise architects to understand the implications of respective architectures on information architecture. Support business and IT capabilities through the use of meta-models, taxonomies, ontologies. Provide strategic recommendations to enable the customer to maximize the value of information assets via their creation, access and use. Surface information priority: Assess the benefits and the risks of information by using tools such as business capability models to create an information-centric view to quickly visualize what information matters most to the organization based on the defined business strategy. Use tools such as business information models to provide the customer with a future-state view of the information to provide the customer guidance to enhance business and technology implementation decision design. Aid the definition of data classifications and data zoning to allow information assets to be immediately identified and proactively managed as more information becomes federated. Coordinate the documenting of all information types for each IT Portfolio. Ensure the Information Categorization of every IT Portfolio reflects the current information processed by each technology resource within the IT Portfolio/Investment. Aid efforts to improve business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities, such as master data management (MDM), metadata management, analytics, content management,data integration, and related information management or information infrastructure components. Knowledge and skills: Experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets Experience in taxonomy, hierarchies, and classification Strong process/systems analysis, design, and documentation Strong Understanding of Risk Management and Data Management Principles Experience working with reporting tools like Power BI, QlikView etc. Understanding of AI principles and their application in data system architecture. Hands on experience with data technologies on cloud Education and work experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or certifications in data architecture, database management, or cloud technologies. 7-10 years of Experience with Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Engineering Data Management Clearance Requirement: Public Trust Location: This hybrid position will be based out of our Client Site in Ft.
