Title: Outreach Program Ambassador

Join our dynamic team as an Outreach Program Ambassador and be the face of our luxury gym located in the heart of Chelsea, New York. We're seeking outgoing, high-energy individuals who excel at engaging with people passing by and can effectively communicate the benefits of our gym membership. As an Outreach Program Ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in driving membership growth and enhancing our gym's presence in the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with pedestrians passing by the gym to promote membership benefits and special offers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere to attract potential members and spark their interest in joining.
• Effectively communicate the features, amenities, and unique selling points of our luxury gym.
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers or vouchers, to generate interest and drive foot traffic.
• Capture leads and contact information of interested individuals for follow-up by our membership sales team.
• Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on current promotions, membership packages, and sales techniques.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the gym in public-facing interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative outreach strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
• Provide regular feedback on outreach efforts and suggest areas for improvement to optimize performance.
• Meet weekly performance targets for bringing in new gym members to qualify for cash bonuses.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with the Chelsea neighborhood and its local community is a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
