YOUR ROLE:

You will be providing in-home/community clinical assessments on new and existing clients for our community-based services operation, which delivers Mental Health Skill-Building, Intensive In-Home, and Community Stabilization services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-home/community clinical intake assessments and reassessments
• Complete and submit clinical assessment, individualized services plan, and other associated assessment documents 
• Keep all licenses and certifications current

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

You must be one of the following types of licensed mental health professional:

• Licensed professional counselor (LPC)
• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
• Licensed clinical psychologist (LCP)
• Licensed physician (LP)
• Licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner (LSATP)
• Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT)
• Certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist (CPCNS)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

 You will be a part-time either employee (W2) or independent contractor (1099), your choice.
