Supporting preparedness activities concerning responses to crises and/or disasters, ANDAssisting in gathering information and facts for responses to external inquiries, developing, organizing, and delivering briefings to managers or stakeholders, ANDWorking with customers to reach mutually acceptable expectations, timelines, and deliverables for large-scale initiatives.
ORMaster's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
ORA combination of specialized experience, as described in the vacancy announcement, and related graduate level education, beyond the first full year of graduate level study, that when combined, meet the qualification requirements for this position.
To Qualify For This Position At The GS-11 Level, You Must Possess One Full Year Of Specialized Experience Equivalent To At Least The GS-09 Level In The Federal Government, Which Has Equipped You With The Skills Needed To Successfully Perform The Duties Of The Position. Experience May Be Obtained In The Federal Government, a State Or Local Government, Or Private Sector, And Must Demonstrate The Following:
Developing, understanding, and promoting emergency response plans, and/or conducting and/or evaluating emergency response related exercises,
Developing radiological related emergency response plans, and/or conducting and/or evaluating radiological related response exercises,
Developing and encouraging meaningful collaborative relationships with senior staff, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
ORPh.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
