Duties

  • Work consists of projects, casework, and assignments involving rights-of-way, land use authorizations, renewable energy authorizations, land tenure adjustments, land withdrawals, easement and fee acquisitions, trespass abatement, etc.
  • Serves as a source of expertise to other realty specialists resolving and / or evaluating issues that impact, projects, planning systems, casework, compliance, and environmental analysis, which relate to lands and realty programs.
  • Provides mentorship and expertise for a variety of complex and controversial lands and realty projects, assignments, and activities which typically cover wide geographic areas with significant natural resources and / or land management matters.
  • Assignments typically cover multiple locations including intricate features, unusual needs, and / or special demands. Work requires the incumbent to provide solutions to multifaceted lands and realty problems covering a variety of conditions.
