This is a CDL Class B Driver position located in our Landover, MD central distribution center and will report directly to the Transportation Manager.
Job Duties to Include :
- Transport pallet goods and packages from place of origin to assigned destination, and secure packages.
- Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries with customers.
- Communicate with dispatch as needed.
- Complete daily Per Trip / Post Trip inspection.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations.
- Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather / road conditions.
Required Skills :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license required.
- Experience operation warehouse equipment, pallet jacks.
- Must have a valid drivers license and DOT medical card
- Customer Service Experience and Driving Experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
